Boiler, meters or fuse box in the garage?
Completely normal, and they do not stop a conversion.
Most garages we convert have a boiler, gas or electric meter, or consumer unit in them. That is perfectly normal and does not stop the conversion.
We build them into the partition walls and finish them neatly with access doors, so they stay reachable for engineers and meter readings.
