Stage 01
Free call or WhatsApp
Call, WhatsApp or send the form. Tell us about the garage and what you want it to be.

Stage 02
Free home visit and quote
A project manager visits, checks the floor, walls, roof, boiler and meters, and gives you a free quote.

Stage 03
Building notice submitted
We submit the building notice and book an approved inspector. In most cases no planning permission is needed.

Stage 04
Strip out and structural work
The garage door comes out, the new wall and window go in, and the floor is damp-proofed and raised.

Stage 05
Insulation and services
Walls and ceiling are insulated, and electrics, heating and plumbing are run. Inspections happen at each stage.

Stage 06
Plastering and second fix
Plastering, skimming, flooring, doors and finishes. Boilers and meters are boxed in with access doors.

Stage 07
Building control compliance certificate
The inspector issues the compliance certificate, which you keep for when you sell.

Stage 08
Handover of your new room
You get the keys to a real room. A standard single garage usually takes 7 to 12 days, a double 12 to 16.
